Service-level agreement

A partnership focused on the ongoing maintenance and reliability of a product or service targetting the technical aspects of the product or service. A service-level agreement (SLA) covers aspects like automated monitoring, quarterly code assessments, and support to ensure the service or product remains reliable regardless of increased usage or time passing.
